Virginia lawmakers approve Del. Reid’s bill expanding rail authority exemptions, increasing contract limits

A bill introduced by State Del. David A. Reid expands exemptions and revises procurement guidelines for the Virginia Passenger Rail Authority, according to the Virginia State House.
