On Tuesday, April 22, former Briar Woods High School standout Drew Petitt’s current college team, the Eastern Mennonite Royals, won 13-3 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Shenandoah Hornets.
The game took place at Royals Field. This was their second matchup against the Hornets this season.
The Royals’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 23 at 4 p.m. at Royals Field against Christopher Newport Captains.
