Eddie Gimbel, former Highland School baseball player will compete with his collegiate team for the NCAA D3 Baseball Championship

Lynchburg Hornets Coach Travis Beazley (2024) | Lynchburg Hornets

Former Highland School player and current Lynchburg Hornets outfielder, Eddie Gimbel, will compete in the NCAA D3 Baseball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number three seed against the second seeded Ithaca Bombers.

The first game is on Friday, May 17.
