It was brought to our attention that some of our families were unable to easily register for our new meal payment tool, TITAN Family Portal. First, we want to apologize for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused. The TITAN FAMILY Portal experienced a problem within their email system last week which caused about 350 families of our more than 82,000 students the inability to register their student(s) in this new system.
We’ve been working closely with TITAN Family Portal and can confirm that the problem is resolved and new measures are now in place to help prevent any issues in the future.

As a reminder, TITAN Family Portal is Loudoun County Public School’s new meal payment system which allows families/students to put money on an account to purchase school meals or other food items in our school cafeterias.

- Confirm Email: Confirm your email address by clicking on the email verification link sent to your email address.
- Sign In: Now you can sign in at family.titank12.com using your email and password.
