Nursing is an exciting, fast-paced, challenging and very rewarding career. The Nurse Residency Program at Fauquier Health provides new grad nurses with the opportunity to train and become a part of our healthcare team.

We are currently hiring for the following Nurse Residents:

Education sets the foundation for new nurses. We understand the importance of formal classroom training and hands on experience. At Fauquier Health, our Nurse Residency Program will help guide new grad nurses in their transition from classroom to practice setting. The program will offer clinical experiences, critical thinking, education, simulation training, and professional development opportunities. 

At the end of the program, our goal is to provide you the tools needed for advancement as a professional Registered Nurse.
