Fauquier County Sheriff's Office issued the following announcement on Dec. 17.
The men and women of the Sheriff's Office join Sheriff Mosier in recognizing the recent promotion of Deputy Jacob Boone to Deputy First Class.
Deputy First Class Boone serves in the Patrol Division.
