Stephen Christopher contributes in William & Mary’s 12-6 win over Lafayette on Feb. 28

Stephen Christopher, a former Highland High School standout, helped lead the William & Mary Tribe to a 12-6 win against the Lafayette Leopards in an NCAA Division I baseball game on Saturday, Feb. 28, at 4 p.m.

The contest was held at Plumeri Park, marking the second time this season the teams met. In the previous matchup on Friday, Feb. 27, the Tribe prevailed 10-3 over Lafayette.

Christopher took the mound for 2.1 innings, allowing one walk and striking out five batters.

The Tribe’s next game against Lafayette is set for Sunday, March 1, at 1 p.m. at Plumeri Park.
