On Friday, May 9, former Broad Run High School standout Sammie Zerfas’ current collegiate team the Shippensburg Raiders won 5-4 against the East Stroudsburg Warriors in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.
The game took place at Creekview Park at 4 p.m. and was the first matchup against the East Stroudsburg Warriors in the tournament.
The Shippensburg Raiders’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 10 at 3:30 p.m. at Creekview Park.
