At 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 8, the Salisbury Sea Gulls, with former Loudoun Valley High School standout Davis Bush, were defeated 7-2 by the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays in their NCAA Division III baseball game.

The matchup was held at Babb Field at Stromberg Stadium and marked the teams’ first meeting of the season.

Bush pitched 1.1 innings, allowing one earned run and walking two batters.

The Sea Gulls are scheduled to play next on Tuesday, March 10, at 3:30 p.m. at Donnie Williams Sea Gull Baseball Stadium against the Messiah Falcons.
