Presbyterian Blue Hose fall 9-2 to Wofford; Tuscarora alum Burkart pitches in loss

On Tuesday, March 17, at 6 p.m., the Presbyterian Blue Hose, featuring former Tuscarora High School standout Bauer Burkart, were defeated 9-2 by the Wofford Terriers in an NCAA Division I baseball contest.

The Presbyterian Baseball Complex hosted the game, marking the teams’ first meeting of the season.

Burkart pitched one inning, giving up two earned runs and issuing two walks.

The Blue Hose are set to play their next game at Coy O. Williard Stadium against the High Point Panthers on Friday, March 20, at 6 p.m.
