On Sunday, April 13, former Stone Bridge High School standout Jackie Yeager’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Michigan State Spartans.
The game took place at Eichelberger Field. This was their third matchup against the Spartans this season.
The Fighting Illini’s next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16 at 4 p.m. at Eichelberger Field against Valparaiso Beacons.
