On Monday, April 7, former Tuscarora High School standout Lillie Wools’ current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, won 15-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Tennessee State Tigers.
The game took place at Mary Ellen McKee Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Tigers this season.
The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 12 p.m. at Lou Brock Sports Complex against Lindenwood Lions.
