Patrick Ngongba II, formerly of St. Paul VI Catholic High School, helped the Duke Blue Devils secure a 77-51 win over the Virginia Cavaliers on Saturday, Feb. 28.
The 6′11″ sophomore center tallied 11 points, collected five rebounds and provided one assist in 23 minutes on the court.
Also appearing for the Blue Devils was Darren Harris, another former Lee Network VA athlete. Harris saw playing time in Saturday’s matchup as well.
The 6′5″ sophomore forward and guard from St. Paul VI Catholic High School chipped in six points over 11 minutes of play.
The Blue Devils’ next game is Monday, March 2 at 7 p.m., as Duke faces the North Carolina State Wolfpack on the road.
