On Wednesday, April 16, former Tuscarora High School standout Lillie Wools’ current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, lost 13-9 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Kansas City Roos.

The game took place at Mary Ellen McKee Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Roos this season.

The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 12 p.m. at Mary Ellen McKee Stadium against SIU Edwardsville Cougars.
