On Sunday, March 2, former Tuscarora High School standout Lillie Wools’ current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, lost 4-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Valparaiso Beacons.

The game took place at Lou Brock Sports Complex. This was their second matchup against the Beacons this season.

The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 12 p.m. at USI Softball Field against Southern Indiana Screaming Eagles.
