He wrote: “It does not matter to me if someone is part of the left, right or center,” he said. “If they break the law… they will be prosecuted.” He also encouraged readers to consult an article titled “Anti-ICE Rioters Thought They Were Above The Law — One Man Is Showing Them Otherwise” via SmartNews.
Later that day, Higgins alerted his followers about a potentially dangerous trend involving local youth. In his post dated March 12, 2026, he stated: “PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS!!! Loudoun County deputies warn ‘door kick challenge’ prank could turn dangerous https://t.co/74SU7IqOCI”
On March 13, 2026, Higgins issued an urgent reminder concerning upcoming political participation in Virginia’s 10th Congressional District. He posted: ” Urgent: Delegate Deadline Sunday at 5 PM The future leadership of Virginia’s 10th Congressional District will be decided at the District Convention on April 18. If you want a voice in that decision, you must file as a delegate by Sunday, March 15 at 5:00 PM.”
Higgins succeeded Nick Freitas in the Virginia State House after being elected in November 2024.
