Darren Harris, a former St. Paul VI Catholic High School basketball standout, took the court on Tuesday, February 24, as the Duke Blue Devils rolled to a 100-56 victory over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
The 6-foot-5 sophomore forward and guard put up 16 points, grabbed two rebounds and added two steals during his 17 minutes on the floor.
Also featured in the game was Patrick Ngongba II, another former Lee Network VA athlete, who suited up for the Blue Devils as well.
Ngongba II, a 6-foot-11 sophomore center and fellow St. Paul VI Catholic High School alum, notched 13 points, three rebounds and two assists in 15 minutes of play.
Looking ahead, Duke is scheduled to face the Virginia Cavaliers at home on Saturday, February 28 at 12 p.m.
