On Saturday, April 5, former Briar Woods High School standouts Corey Coogan and Jackson Murphy’s current college team, the Roanoke Maroons, won 7-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Washington and Lee Generals.
The game took place at Cap’n Dick Smith Field. This was their first matchup against the Generals this season.
The Maroons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 3:30 p.m. at Cap’n Dick Smith Field against Washington and Lee Generals.
