On Friday, May 2, former Briar Woods High School standouts Corey Coogan and Jackson Murphy’s current college team, the Roanoke Maroons, lost 10-4 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Shenandoah Hornets.
The game took place at Jim Barnett Park. This was their fourth matchup against the Hornets this season.
It was the last Roanoke Maroons’ game this season
